Depending on the options that fit your goals and budget and how long you can commit to the pricing ranges from about $40 to $60 per session

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule a success session with you and discuss your goals and how our program can help you achieve those and if we have a good fit we will show you the recommended options for you to choose from and ask you to make a commitment. We always offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ron loves to see people succeed and will do everything he can to that end. Ron holds a black belt in 3 styles of Chinese martial arts and is trained as a kickboxer and in western boxing. Ron held the 198 lb World Deadlift record for 3 years and still holds the Indiana record. He has been named athlete of the year in multiple categories several years in a row since 2015. He was inducted into the Natural Athlete Strength Association Powerlifter Hall of Fame in 2020. He is an Ace Certified orthopedic exercise specialist, an Action certified personal trainer, certified in sports nutrition, and is currently working on his advanced nutrition specialist certification. He is a nationally ranked powerlifting referee and travels the country to multiple events every year to volunteer his services. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning association. "I became a certified personal trainer in 2010 so I could pursue my goal of helping more people change their lives through fitness."

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I saw people loose hope and be overwhelmed for years in the gym. I wanted to help people really get the results they wanted but, were not able to attain on on their own
